At The Wonder Orchard, we believe homeschooling should feel supported, sustainable, and deeply connected to community. Our goal is to provide meaningful educational experiences while preserving the freedom, flexibility, and family-centered values that make homeschooling so special.
We are proud to be an Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Approved Vendor, making it easy for eligible families to use their ESA funds for our programs. We also warmly welcome families who choose our private pay option.
Whether you use ESA funding or pay privately, every family receives the same high-quality learning experiences, community, and support.
Investing in Your Homeschool Journey
Instead of assigning state education funding to a public school, eligible families receive those funds in an individual ESA account. Parents can then choose the educational services and resources that best fit their child's unique learning journey.
ESA funds may be used for approved educational expenses, including:
- Educational programs and learning communities
- Curriculum and instructional materials
- Tutoring
- Educational therapies
- Technology and educational software
- Testing fees
- Other approved educational services
As an ESA Approved Vendor, The Wonder Orchard can accept ESA funds for eligible programs, making the payment process simple for participating families.

What is the Arizona ESA Program?
Quarterly Payments
Pay by Session: Receive a 5% tuition discount when each session is paid in full before the session begins.
Pay in Full for both sessions: Receive a 10% tuition discount when the full academic year is paid before the first day of classes.
Families who do not participate in ESA are welcome to enroll through our private tuition option.
Tuition is billed quarterly to align with the Arizona ESA funding schedule.
Families participating in Arizona's ESA program may use their scholarship funds to pay tuition for eligible Wonder Orchard programs.

Because every tutoring plan is unique, tuition is determined after your consultation. Families may use approved ESA funds for tutoring services, and payment schedules will be arranged based on your individualized learning plan.

05. 1:1 Tutoring
Use your quarterly ESA funding with confidence.
The Wonder Orchard’s Fall Session runs from August 18–November 20, which aligns with ESA Quarter 1 (July–September) and our Spring Session runs March 1 – May 28 which may be paid using ESA Quarter 2 (October–December) funding. Families may choose to use funds from both quarters to cover tuition.

Quarterly Tuition Schedule
To keep tuition simple and predictable, payments are divided into four equal quarterly installments.
- Quarter 1 July -> August–September
- Quarter 2 October -> October–December
- Quarter 3 January -> January–March
- Quarter 4 April -> April–May
Payment reminders will be sent before each tuition due date.
2026 Arizona ESA Funding Calendar
Arizona ESA funds are typically deposited on a quarterly basis by the Arizona Department of Education. While exact release dates may vary slightly, families can generally expect funding during the following months:
- Quarter 1 (2026–2027 School Year) Early July 2026
- Quarter 2 Early October 2026
- Quarter 3 Early January 2026
- Quarter 4 Early April 2026
Please note that ESA payment dates are determined by the Arizona Department of Education and may change. Families are responsible for ensuring tuition is paid once scholarship funds are available.
