The enrollment journey

Summer camps and additional enrichment programs may be offered in future years.

At this time, no summer offerings have been finalized, and details will be shared as they become available.

A season of flourishing, discovery, and continued academic growth.

•Spring Session: March 1-May 28 (13 weeks)

Winter
A season of rest, reflection, and quiet preparation for the growth ahead.
While our full enrichment programs run during the Fall and Spring seasons, hourly private tutoring will remain available throughout the Winter season for families who would like to continue academic support.

Our Learning Seasons

Just as a tree moves through seasons of growth, rest, and renewal, The Wonder Orchard structures our homeschool learning community around the natural rhythm of the year.
A tree does not grow the same way all year long.

In one season, it puts down roots and builds strength.
In another, it rests. In another, it bursts into bloom.
And in another, it grows wild and free in the open air.

We believe children grow in much the same way, and our seasons reflect that rhythm:

Cancellation & Withdrawal

Because our programs are intentionally kept small and personalized, each enrollment reserves a space that cannot easily be filled. Please review our cancellation and withdrawal policy below before enrolling.

Session Commitment
Enrollment at Wonder Orchard is based on session commitments rather than month-to-month attendance. By enrolling, families are reserving a space for the entire session.

Withdrawal Before a Session Begins
Families may withdraw before the session starts.

Written notice must be received at least 30 days before the first day of the session to receive a refund of any tuition paid (excluding any non-refundable enrollment/materials).
Withdrawals made less than 30 days before the session begins may be responsible for the first month's tuition unless the space is filled.

Withdrawal During a Session

Families may withdraw at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Because enrollment reserves one of a limited number of spaces, families remain responsible for tuition through whichever is later:

the 30-day notice period, or
the end of the current enrolled session.

This allows Wonder Orchard to maintain consistent staffing and programming for all students. Families remain responsible for tuition through the end of their enrolled session, regardless of attendance.

Tuition

Tuition is reserved for your child's enrollment, not attendance. No refunds, credits, or make-up days are provided for:

• Illness

• Family vacations

• Missed classes

• Holidays

• Temporary absences

Emergency Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events can occur. Requests for exceptions due to serious illness, relocation, or other extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Wonder Orchard.

Tuition Payments

Tuition is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Timely payments allow Wonder Orchard to operate smoothly and continue providing a high-quality learning experience for all children. If tuition is not paid by the due date, or if a scheduled payment is missed, your child may not attend class until the account is brought current. Continued late or missed payments may result in the forfeiture of your child's enrollment.

Enrollment for Future Sessions

Families wishing to continue into a new session will be asked to confirm their enrollment prior to the start of that session. Advance notice helps Wonder Orchard plan staffing, prepare materials, and offer available openings to families on the waitlist.
